Reputation Management

A 4.4 star rating unlocks $39 more a night.

Every 0.6-star improvement lets you raise ADR by 11%. We move your score - and your rate ceiling moves with it.

What's Included

Your score sets your rate ceiling. We raise both.

01

Online Reputation Management

Every platform tracked. One score moving in one direction - up.

Your score on Google, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and Agoda is checked every day. When a platform drifts, we know before you do. One weekly summary to ownership - nothing you have to chase.

02

Guest Review Monitoring

Real-time alerts across Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda.

The moment a review posts - anywhere - we're alerted. Low scores flag instantly to your account manager. You find out fast, not after it's already dragged your ranking down.

03

Review Response Management

Every review answered within 24 hours. Personally written, not a template.

Every review gets a response written by a person on our team - not generated or pulled from a library. We reference the specific complaint, match your property's tone, and respond in a way that signals quality to the next guest reading it.

04

Rating Improvement

We identify what's pulling your score down - and route operational fixes to your GM.

We read every review you've received, find the complaints that keep repeating, and send a fix request to your GM. A noise complaint that appears 14 times is not a review problem - it's a maintenance ticket we flag on your behalf.

05

Brand Perception

Consistent tone across every platform. Your voice, managed professionally.

Your responses shape how future guests see the property before they book. We write in a voice that matches your hotel - not a corporate script. Consistent, professional, and human across every platform.

06

Reporting

Monthly score trend by platform, with compset comparison - delivered to ownership.

Monthly report: score by platform, response rate, compset comparison, and what moved the needle. Sent directly to you. No login required, no dashboard to learn.

"Room was dirty when we arrived. AC not working properly. Front desk was dismissive…"

Response from Management: "Priya, thank you for taking the time - I'm genuinely sorry your stay fell short of what you deserved. A room cleanliness issue and an HVAC concern on the same visit is unacceptable, and I've already flagged both to our teams. I've also spoken with our front desk about the interaction you described. Please email me directly - I'll personally ensure your next experience is the one you expected."

Questions owners ask us first

Our responses are written by a person on our team - not generated by AI and not pulled from a template library. Each response references the specific complaint, addresses the named issues, and reflects the property's voice. A canned response reads like a canned response; ours don't. We'll send you sample responses from your own property after the first month so you can judge for yourself.

We flag suspected fake reviews and submit dispute requests to Google, TripAdvisor, and Booking.com through their official processes. We include the case: no matching booking, no matching dates, no matching name in the PMS. Removal isn't guaranteed - platforms set their own standards - but we fight every one that has a legitimate dispute case. While the dispute is pending, we respond in a way that signals to future readers the review may not be genuine.

Cornell University research (Anderson, C.K.) found that a 1-point increase in review score on a 100-point scale allows hotels to raise ADR by 11.2% while maintaining occupancy. At a practical level: a 4.4 on Booking.com next to a 3.8 means you can charge more AND convert better - because guests see the score before they read anything else. We work backward from your current score to identify what's pulling it down.

Both matter - for different reasons. Responding to negative reviews signals accountability to future guests and satisfies OTA response-rate algorithms. Responding to positive reviews generates goodwill, occasionally prompts guests to return, and shows that the property is actively managed. OTA platforms weight response rate in their ranking algorithm - a hotel with a 100% response rate ranks higher than one with 40%, even with the same average score.
